I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is located just a few minutes from the beautiful city of Carcassonne. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, making my experience even better. The room was serviceable, but it definitely needed better air conditioning. While the dining options were good, I found myself wishing for a bit more variety.
